break these terms and conditions, TICKETVILLE reserves the right to
prevent you future use of the web site, cancel your ticket order,
and/or take appropriate legal action and remedies available against you.

CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TICKETVILLE, the owner and
operator of ticketville.com reserves the right to change these Terms
and Conditions at any time. Posting updated Terms and Conditions on
this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately
and binding on all users of this web site without exception.
3.0 ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
Pursuant to Canadian
& Québec law, TICKETVILLE hereby discloses
that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or
profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets.
TICKETVILLE, Inc. agrees to use
its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the
event, the tickets described.
Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject
to availability and change.
• Once BUYER completes
his or her internet order, TICKETVILLE will withhold funds
from the Credit Card used on the internet order, for the complete
amount of the online purchase.
• BUYER'S Credit Card
will only be charged, once the online
order has been confirmed.
• TICKETVILLE will contact BUYER by email or
telephone notifying the BUYER that the order is guaranteed and
confirmed.
• Should TICKETVILLE fail to confirm
a BUYER an order as
requested online, Ticketville will release any and all funds being held
on the BUYER'S Credit Card.
Funds will be released, no later than 2 business days following the
original date of the online order requested.

Ticket availability and prices quoted online are subject to change
without notice.
• Ticket prices and availability are not guaranteed
until orders are confirmed.
• TICKETVILLE further reserves
the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
• A representative of TICKETVILLE will contact you if
the tickets you ordered are no longer available or if we are unable to
fill the order as you requested.
• TICKETVILLE may offer you
alternate seats if the original seats you requested are not available,
with buyer's approval.
• Note that online orders placed after 5:00 PM EST
Eastern Standard Time on weekdays or at any time during weekends may
not be processed until the next working day.
Also
should TICKETVILLE fail to deliver to
a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, TICKETVILLE sole obligation or
liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits
and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to TICKETVILLE.
Due to
policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets
are sold on this web site, TICKETVILLE cannot issue
exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless TICKETVILLE is unable to fill
the order.
TICKETVILLE is not responsible
for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are
delivered or are in the BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that
direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.
3.1 ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
REGARDING TAXES.
Pursuant to Canadian
& Québec law, TICKETVILLE
hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets does not
include taxes and therefore; certain events are subject to tax.
• CANADIAN EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO TAX. Events held
anywhere in Canada are subject to a goods & services tax of 6%,
GST, as required by law.
• QUEBEC EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL TAX.
Events held in the province of Quebec are subject to an additional
provincial sales tax of 7.5%, PST, as required by law. This PST is applied to
the subtotal of the event price and the GST combined.

US & INTERNATIONAL EVENTS ARE NOT TAXED.

INDEMNITY
All users
and visitors of this web site agree to indemnify and hold TICKETVILLE, its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless
from any loss, liability claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your
use of this web site, including your use of this web site to provide a
link to another web site.

PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY OF SENSITIVE DATA
TICKETVILLE is firmly committed
to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors of our website.
If a visitor simply browses our site, no personal information is
entered and therefore remains anonymous. When a visitor makes a
purchase on our site, we will collect full contact details and
information from the customer. The information will not be sold or
otherwise revealed to third parties at any time. It will be used

involved in obtaining premium seating to hard-to-get and sold out
events. TICKETVILLE is in no way
affiliated with any box office or official organizers of the events for
which we obtain tickets.
